O nosso país se destaca internacionalmente em várias modalidades. Fazemos o maior carnaval do mundo, temos os melhores atletas de futebol, realizamos segunda maior parada LGBT o mundo, perdendo apenas para Nova York, e como se não bastasse atualmente estamos com o maior escândalo de corrupção nunca visto na história, como se não bastasse o Brasil de destaca ao lado de Irã, Iraque e Zimbábue,( países governados por Islâmicos), como um ligar que mais se executa as pessoas LGBTs por motivo de ódio e intolerância, constituindo assim um ultraje a declaração universal dos direitos da pessoa que diz que, “TODOS SÃO IGUAIS PERANTE A LEI” como não existe direito pela metade, mais de dez por cento Do país tem seus direitos negados por causa da sua orientação sexual. Todavia, desde a década de oitenta que tenho denunciado as mesmas coisas, é fato que avançamos em algumas conquistas como o casamento entre pessoas do mesmo sexo, adoçao de crianças porcasias homoafetivos, dentre outros, mas tudo aqui continua a passos lentos, enquanto a violência cotidiana acontece em alta velocidade atingindo um índice alarmante e deixando vulnerável centenas de cidadãs e cidadãos. A cultura da homofobia e da exclusão social começa ás vezes dentro de casa. Nunca tivemos noticia de que um pai expulsasse um filho de casa pelo fato dele ser negro, mas o faz quando descobre que o seu adolescente é gay, lesbica ou travesti, expulsando o para as ruas que e de lá para á prostituição e para as drogas. No mês passado o povo carioca ficou estarrecido com um fato que foi manchete na maioria dos canais de TV, aonde um casal de gay idosos, o engenheiro Flávio Micele e o funcionário publico Eduardo Michells, que vivem juntos ha 20anos no bairro da Tijuca, foram covardemente espancados pelo sindico, apoiado por um grupo de vizinhos homofóbicos. Mas chegando à delegacia, os agressores teriam revertido à situação, certamente com a conivência de algum policial e assim de vitimas passaram a agressores. Como se não bastasse, quando retornaram da delegacia foram impedidos de entrar em seu condomínio porque o sindico teria trocada a chave da entrada central do prédio. A partir dai começou a romaria nas instituições de direitos humanos em busca de um advogado criminalista que pudesse reverter o boletim de ocorrência, assim depois de quase quinze dias do fato, eles foram recebidos pela CEDS RIO (Coordenadoria especial da diversidade sexual do Município do Rio), órgão da prefeitura da capital fluminense, que imediatamente colocou o corpo jurídico da coordenação á disposição do casal. Atualmente o caso está no Ministério Público e monitorado pela equipe jurídica da Ceds. Portanto os fatos de violação aos direitos humanos da comunidade lgbt acontece sem que os culpados sejam devidamente punidos. Iniciamos na baixada o movimento contra a homofobia no inicio da década de 80 e ainda hoje sabemos das mesmas reclamações de violência física e psicológica contra estes setores sociais. Avançamos em alguns aspectos, em direção a tolerância embora o foco principal seja o respeito a estas pessoas que votam, pagam impostos e precisam do apoio governamental para conquistar os seus direitos. No meio de burburinho de corrupção, sangue, pluma e paetês, esqueceram o programa Brasil sem homofobia que apontava propostas para combater a intolerância em todos os setores da sociedade, educação cultura, saúde etc. O Governo atual através do MEC cortou a homofobia dos preconceitos a serem combatidos no ambiente escolar, deixando a margem da escola centenas de jovens e adolescentes vitimas de todo tipo de bulling. A homofobia continua fazendo suas vitimas respaldada pela inércia da sociedade e pela incompetência do governante que continuam fazendo ouvidos moucos a o clamor da comunidade lgbt e dos órgãos internacionais de direitos humanos, entre as quais a Anistia Internacional. Precisamos desengavetar o PL (projeto de Lei) 122 engavetado em 2014 pela então presidente Dilma e pelo Deputado Cunha que no afã de agradar a bancada mais conservadora do Congresso nacional e Senado, acabaram prestando um desserviço à cidadania e de toda uma comunidade que ainda hoje é tratada como se fosse gente de segunda categoria. Diante do que aqui foi relatado, a movimento lgbt precisa mudar o seu foco de luta, porque as paradas lgbts que eram importantes instrumentos de denúncia e luta pelos direitos humanos hoje se tornaram carnavais fora de época. A prevenção aos crimes de homofobia, racismo a misoginia dentre outros preconceitos deve esta na primeira página da agenda dos governantes, porque o século XXI não rima com intolerância.
