Vereadores são agredidos durante reivindicação na Bahia Farm Show

O que se viu foi empurra-empurra, roubo de faixas, ameaças e intimidações para impedir os vereadores e cidadãos de se manifestarem com faixas e cartazes Vereadores foram agredidos durante a abertura da Bahia Farm Show nesta última terça-feira, 01, em Luís Eduardo Magalhães quando reivindicavam por melhorias na área de segurança pública. Eles aproveitaram à vinda do governador do Estado, Jaques Wagner para demonstrar a indignação com a convocação oficial de 25 agentes de polícia e quatro escrivães concursados para o município de Correntina, enquanto Luís Eduardo, com considerável número de ocorrências, alto índice de criminalidade e crescente aumento habitacional, permanece no descaso com ínfimas ações do governo estadual. Ao tomar conhecimento do fato de quê o município não receberia nenhum policial, vereadores e sociedade civil organizada se prepararam com faixas e apitos para também se fazerem presentes à inauguração. O objetivo era cobrar diretamente do chefe do estado uma posição quanto ao assunto, muito embora estes já soubessem do anúncio que seria feito pelo governador, muito oportunamente, durante a abertura sobre a vinda de mais profissionais militares e civis [assunto que também é relatado nesta edição]. O tema ganhou merecimento na fala dos vereadores não só nesta última semana, mas durante todo o ano com a denúncia de problemas locais, com a cobrança de medidas das autoridades competentes e nas reivindicações de melhorias. “Durante toda a semana que passou, estive no ar como radialista (....), onde abordei o problema da segurança pública, (...) conclamando a população luiseduardense a receber o governador na abertura da Bahia Farm Show e assim reivindicar juntos mais segurança para o nosso município”, relembra o presidente da Câmara, o advogado Eder Fior (PR). Não fosse isso, ele relata ainda a investigação que, segundo ele, sofreu e que teria sido realizada por militares a serviço do governador que estiveram em instituições policiais da cidade dois dias antes do início da feira, atribuindo-lhe a função de “agitador”. Na manhã de terça-feira, várias foram as tentativas dos seguranças em retirar das mãos não só do presidente, mas também dos demais manifestantes presentes, as faixas e cartazes que continham dizeres com referência ao problema da segurança pública. “Lamentavelmente, tudo isso culminou com uma agressão a minha pessoa, e ao povo de Luís Eduardo Magalhães na pessoa do presidente da Câmara Municipal, quando da posse de um cartaz reivindicando pacificamente, fui atacado fisicamente por um militar da segurança do governador que me empurrou e tirou de minhas mãos um cartaz”, reclama. O que é motivo de indignação e mesmo de deixar impressionado, conforme diz o presidente do legislativo municipal, é de que o governador vem de um partido de trabalhadores que sempre usou de mobilizações, greves e reivindicações e hoje se apresenta com “truculência para impedir uma mobilização pacífica e justa que busca apenas mais segurança para o cidadão luiseduardense”. Mais agressão Quem também foi agredido durante a manifestação foi o vereador Valmor Mariussi (PMDB) que teve uma faixa arrancada das mãos de sua assessora parlamentar por um assessor direto do governador. De acordo com ele, esta pessoa saiu recusando-se a fazer a devolução e correndo em disparada e sua atitude não foi diferente dos demais que empurraram pessoas, roubaram faixas, ameaçaram e intimidaram, provocando uma verdadeira “bandalheira, uma atitude ditatorial, uma volta aos tempos da linha dura”. A faixa, diferente do que disse a segurança, não tinha nada de ofensivo, continha apenas os seguintes dizeres: “Chega de insegurança, Governador, socorro!”. Segundo Mariussi, a reivindicação foi ordeira e moderada em nome do povo de Luís Eduardo, onde estava exercendo o direito que lhe foi outorgado e onde, infelizmente, a falta de democracia imperou. “Em seus discursos eles têm coragem de falar em democracia, obediência à lei e que são pessoas de bons costumes, (...) mas agem com truculência, desrespeito a todos, passando por cima da lei em nome da reeleição. Sou um representante do povo, advogado, sei de meus direitos e não deixo por menos. Imagine o que fazem com as pessoas de bem deste Estado”, acrescenta. Medidas adotadas Após o episódio, indignados com o tratamento dado a comunidade presente que se manifestava em prol da segurança e, em especial, pelas agressões sofridas, os vereadores Eder Fior e Valmor Mariussi adotaram algumas medidas. Primeiro procurou-se dar uma divulgação para toda a imprensa regional e estadual, fazer queixa à delegacia embora esta ainda não tenha sido protocolada e, posteriormente, a abertura de um processo contra o governador e sua assessoria em segurança, o que deve acontecer muito em breve. Nota do Governo do Estado sobre as agressões Em nota divulgada ainda no final da tarde desta última quarta-feira, 02, o Governo do Estado através da sua assessoria de imprensa divulgou uma nota onde classifica a agressão recebida por manifestantes em Luís Eduardo Magalhães nesta terça-feira, 01, durante a Bahia Farm Show como uma “mentira absoluta”. Segundo a nota, a agressão é mentirosa visto que o governador não esteve envolvido em nenhum protesto endereçado a ele ou a sua gestão durante uma visita ao município, impossibilitando assim, qualquer ação de violência por parte da Casa Militar uma vez que, em momento nenhum a segurança do chefe do estado foi vista como ameaçada. Em esclarecimento, a nota reconhece que tenha havido uma manifestação, mas sustenta que esta foi protagonizada por professores municipais contra o prefeito Humberto Santa Cruz, naquilo que classifica como um “episódio de alcance local”. Ainda segundo a nota, mesmo com as sucessivas vaias ao gestor municipal, a segurança não acionou qualquer dispositivo de segurança para enxotar o protesto, ocorrido em frente ao local onde os políticos proferiam os seus discursos. Measures taken After the episode, indignant at the treatment given to this community which spoke in favor of safety and, in particular, by the abuses, the aldermen and Eder Fior Valmor Mariussi adopted some measures. First we tried to make a disclosure to the entire regional press and state, to complain to the police station although this has not yet been filed, and subsequently the opening of a lawsuit against the governor and his staff in security, which should happen soon.
